The barn is part of the farm buildings which
were listed in the1990’s and was converted by
ourselves in 1989, we have tried to keep many of
the old features, whilst enjoying modern
conveniences.

Accommodation consists of three bedrooms. One
twin room and two double bedded rooms, one
double room has a 5’(king size) bed and the
other has a 6’ (super king-size) bed. All the
bedrooms are en-suite with the king-size bedroom
having a shower and the other two rooms a bath.
All three rooms have a toilet and wash hand
basin. There is plenty of hot water at all
times. The room also have individually control
heating and tea making facilities. To enhance
your stay, towels are provided, together with a
range of toiletries and a selection of bed time
reading in each room.

The 6' double room
Guests have the use of a very large ‘L’ shaped
sitting and dinning room with an open fire to
enjoy should the weather be a little chilly. There are exposed
beams and unusual round windows. The rooms are
available to guests at all times.
Entrance to the house is via a hallway with
exposed stone walls and up a short staircase,
(12 stairs) to the landing off which lead all
the visitor accommodation.
Should stairs be a problem there is an
alternative entrance when all the accommodation
is then on one level.

Mobile phone coverage is not good in the house
but the house phone is available at all times
for emergencies.
E-mail facilities are available and T.V. with
digi box are in the sitting room.
The farm has its own water supply fed from and
under ground spring.
There is plenty of off road parking and a
statement of access is available if required. |
