The Philleigh shoot is situated in the heart of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula in southern Cornwall. The shoot covers approximately one thousand acres of mixed farmland and comprises a mixture of woodland and cover crop drives. It is bordered by the Fal estuary which makes coming to Philleigh a unique shooting experience.

Here at Philleigh we pride ourselves on producing high quality shooting. We predominantly release pheasant but partridge and mallard are also released for added variety ensuring that all of our clients experience a brilliant mixed day’s driven sport. All the birds are reared here on the farm to ensure the highest quality. In addition woodcock and snipe are regularly seen but seldom shot in large numbers.

We cater for parties of 7 -10 guns with bags between 100 - 250 birds per day.

Our prices are very reasonable; please contact us with enquiries about cost and availability. A 40% deposit will be required to secure a booking. Transport throughout the shoot day is provided in a custom built shoot trailer. A high quality lunch is provided and at the end of the day, everyone comes back for a traditional Cornish tea.

Our aim is to produce high quality driven shooting in a friendly relaxed atmosphere our beating and picking up team are a friendly but lively bunch with some real characters amongst them.
